How do I get access after buying?
When you complete your purchase your account is activated immediately. Go to «Access» with your email and start your program right away.
Can I combine several programs?
Yes. You can buy each program separately or combine them in a bundle (Duo, Trio or Complete) and pay less than buying them apart.
Do the memberships have a minimum term?
No. They are all monthly and you can cancel whenever you want from your account; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Is the blog included?
Yes. Any program or bundle gives you access to the blog's subscription posts.
Does this replace my doctor?
No. The content is educational and preventive; it does not replace a consultation, a diagnosis or a treatment. If you have a medical condition, consult your health professional.
Do you offer refunds?
One-off payment programs have a 7-day guarantee. Monthly memberships have no retroactive refund, but you can cancel to avoid the next charge.
